Job summary

You will assist the HR Business Partner and teams on HR topics, draft internal communications, and help with policy updates and wellbeing initiatives, while you continue your studies in HRM or related fields.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than one year remaining of studies.
• Experience supporting training and internal communication activities.
• Fluent in both a Scandinavian language and English.
• Hourly paid part-time position, 20-40% effort.
• Willing to combine office-based work with remote working.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for HR IT systems and applications.
• Support HR Business Partner, managers and individual contributors on HR topics.
• Support internal communication activities, including drafting, coordinating, and distributing internal communications.
• Support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and wellbeing initiatives.
