Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is seeking a German-speaking student for a part-time Junior Fraud & Chargeback Officer role in the Oslo region. You will work approximately 20-40% and contribute to important fraud prevention tasks within a forward-thinking bank.

You will join the NFC team handling disputes on cards and loans and perform fraud checks on new credit applications, while engaging with customers and learning from experienced colleagues. Start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with at least one year remaining.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle disputes on credit cards and savings accounts.
• Conduct fraud checks on new credit applications.
• Correspond with customers to resolve issues and inquiries.
