Job summary

NOBA BANK GROUP in Norway is seeking a German-speaking student for a part-time role as Junior Fraud & Chargeback Officer. You will help develop an important area of expertise within our forward-thinking bank.

You will handle disputes on credit cards and savings accounts, perform fraud checks on new credit applications, and communicate with customers. The NFC team comprises 4 German-speaking staff, within a 32-person department, and works to protect customers from financial crime.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least one year remaining.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• German language skills at least B1 and fluent overall in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle disputes on credit cards and savings accounts.
• Perform fraud checks on new credit applications.
• Maintain customer correspondence and communication.
• Collaborate with the NFC team to combat financial crime.
