Job description

Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills Do you have a knack for providing exceptional service and making guests feel welcome If so we are looking for you to join our team as a Part-Time Concierge in beautiful Bergen Norway

As a Part-Time Concierge you will be responsible for providing top-notch concierge services to our guests including making recommendations for dining entertainment and local attractions. You will also assist with booking reservations and arranging transportation. In addition you will serve as the main point of contact for any guest inquiries or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality or customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required while knowledge of other languages is a plus. This position requires working on weekends and holidays with flexible hours to accommodate both the needs of the guests and the employee.
