Job summary

Fjellheisen in Tromsø is looking for a Café Manager to lead the new Panorama cafe. You will ensure excellent guest care, smooth daily operations, and a well-prepared service area with strong collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.

You will shape practical routines, oversee stock and shifts, and foster a warm, host-like atmosphere for guests from around the world. English fluency is required; Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in café/restaurant or F&B operations.
• Strong service mindset and guest care.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make sure guests receive friendly, attentive service.
• Ensure café is prepared, stocked and ready before opening.
• Manage ordering and stock levels.
• Schedule shifts and follow up with team members.
• Tidy and reset the café after service for guest readiness.
• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager.
