Job summary

Norrøna Adventure AS is opening a flagship lodge at Andørja in Northern Norway and seeks a Hotel Experience Manager to lead daily operations, guest hosting, and team leadership in Arctic conditions. You will coordinate guides and 30–35 guests, building a vibrant host culture that blends hospitality with micro-group adventures.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in hospitality, strong P&L skills, and fluency in English plus a Scandinavian language, with a valid driver’s license; boat

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience from hospitality, boutique lodges, or high‑end outdoor destinations.
• Strong commercial understanding (P&L, budget management, inventory, and cost controls).
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license; boat license/experience up to 15 passengers is a plus.
• Founding operational leader of Norrøna’s newest lodge in Northern Norway.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house hospitality, housekeeping, F&B, and facility maintenance for 30–35 guests.
• Oversee micro-group activity execution and guide coordination.
• Build an inclusive, warm host culture and share local Arctic lore with guests.
• Forge local partnerships with landowners, suppliers, municipal partners, and emergency services.
• Recruit, schedule, and coach lodge personnel while managing budgets and costs.
