Job summary

Work In Progress Textilhandels GmbH seeks a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for our upcoming Oslo store. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and sharing the Carhartt story with shoppers.

You will develop product knowledge, drive sales, and ensure store policies are followed while maintaining a welcoming, well-presented space for customers in Norwegian and English. Fluency in Norwegian is required, with good English, to communicate with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian; good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
