Goodera in Oslo is seeking an energetic Emcee to lead our corporate volunteering events, delivering accessible, engaging and impactful experiences for client teams and volunteers across on-site, virtual and hybrid formats. You will handle setup to wrap-up, manage logistics, host speakers, captivate the audience, and represent Goodera with professionalism and warmth.

Fluent Norwegian and English are required; you’ll read the room, adapt to changing situations, and build strong connections with

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Proficiency in public speaking and the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
• Fluency in Norwegian & English; any other additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Strong passion for social impact initiatives and a keen interest in understanding the cause and impact of volunteering activities.
