Orange Business in Oslo is seeking an Operations Technician to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will implement system changes and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and perform technical analyses in a fast-paced operations environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux server platforms.
• Interest in the field and new technologies.
• Relevant education and/ or work experience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent communication in Norwegian and English.
• Experience within security and network (preferred).
• Experience with customer service (preferred).
• Knowledge of OS scripting and automation, Ansible and Kubernetes (preferred).
