  • Lean methodologies and statistical quality control applied to vehicle turnaround
  • Quantitative planning of demand, fleet capacity, and staffing
  • Report performance, risks, and resource needs to the District Manager
  • Visit each assigned depot weekly or fortnightly and complete at least one frontline shift per month
  • Serve as the first escalation point when an Operations Supervisor cannot resolve a critical issue
  • Maintain availability during weekends and holidays when operationally necessary, including a Thursday-to-Monday working pattern during the six busiest months of the year
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • 5–8 years of experience in hands‑on operations, ideally within mobility, rent‑a‑car, logistics, retail, hospitality, or another high‑volume customer‑facing environment

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent) and/or management (at higher‑education level) is required;
  • Experience managing labor, overtime, operating costs, scheduling, and location‑level budgets
