Job summary

Indie Campers is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across 5–8 depots and 300–450 vehicles. Based in Oslo with visits to depots, you will manage supervisors and depot teams, ensuring vehicles are ready, safe, and delivered on time.

You will drive KPI performance, control labor costs, and implement district initiatives with a hands-on leadership style. Travel across locations is required, including peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in hands-on operations, ideally in mobility, logistics or high-volume rental services.
• 2–3 years leading multiple locations or a large site with teams; stake in budgets.
• Degree in Engineering or management is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong KPI, workforce planning, fleet coordination and ops improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance across 5–8 depots and 300–450 vehicles.
• Coach and develop Operations Supervisors and depot teams.
• Ensure vehicles are ready, safe, clean and available for on-time check-ins/outs.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage labor, overtime, scheduling, productivity and budget.
• Coordinate workforce coverage during seasonal peaks.
