Indie Campers is seeking a Senior Regional Operations Manager based in Oslo to lead depot performance across multiple locations. You will coach Depot Leaders, drive service quality, ensure SOP compliance, and monitor KPIs to optimize customer satisfaction and fleet efficiency.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and cost control, collaborate with Central Ops, Finance and HR, and travel up to 50% to support teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality).
• 3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots.
• Proven ability to manage depot financials including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relations.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (local language beneficial).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage teams in dynamic environments.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Interest in campervans and willingness to learn the technical details of the product.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You’ll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.
