Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a proactive Coordinator for the Operational Excellence Project Team. This internal role supports Project Managers across hotel openings, franchise implementations, events, and cross-functional projects, ensuring operational details stay on track.

The position is a 6-month project employment with potential extension, based at HQ Stockholm or Oslo. Travel and driving license are expected; Swedish/Norwegian plus English language skills are required to engage with diverse

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and admin pieces
• Support planning and execution of hotel pre-openings and implementations, from recruitment to onboarding
• Coordinate logistics, timelines and follow-ups across parallel projects
• Help plan and deliver events, internal summits, and trainings
• Support planning of The Winter Conference and VK-team participation
• Keep plans, templates and checklists up to date for speed and consistency
• Act as a point of contact for hotels and stakeholders and ensure follow-through
