As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through online chat email and phone to understand their needs and provide prompt solutions
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or issues
• Analyze client feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to the product or service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients
• Assist in creating content for social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Fluent in English additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary

This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1400 per month.
