As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients through online channels. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product or service information and assisting with online transactions. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience. To excel in this role you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role would be an advantage but it is not required as we provide comprehensive training for all new employees.

This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
