Subsurface AS seeks an experienced Material & Logistics Advisor for a major oil and gas project in Norway. You will integrate with a project team and lead material management, logistics planning and SAP MM execution to ensure cost-efficient operations from procurement to handover.

The role requires a solid background in SCM, logistics, and collaboration with operators, contractors and suppliers. Start date is as agreed; permanent, full-time position based in Stavanger.

Qualificações

• Higher education in SCM or related field is required.
• Experience in Material Management and logistics, preferably from major oil and gas projects.
• Strong communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project logistics activities.
• Ensure efficient material management and optimized material flow.
• Establish and maintain project logistics and material management plans.
• Identify and implement improvements to material and logistics workflows.
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation and material handling.
• Ensure cost-effective material management and logistics.
• Implement SAP processes per SCM strategies.
• Support material master data, cataloguing and quality assurance.
• Handover materials, system data and documents to operations.
• Act as project focal point for contractors and suppliers.
