Job summary

IKM Consultants AS seeks a Multidiscipline Engineer in Stord with offshore work exposure. The role covers developing detailed work orders, estimating man-hours, reading and interpreting P&IDs and ISO drawings, and ensuring safety/HSSE compliance throughout planning and execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in oil & gas or related construction/commissioning
Familiarity with MC and commissioning processes and related digital tools such as PIMS
Strong ability to read technical drawings (P&IDs, ISO) and interpret documentation
Proven understanding of HSSE requirements and safety risk assessment

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed work orders with man-hour estimates, drawings, procedures, and material lists
Collaborate with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure prerequisites are met
Review safety aspects of planned work, identify risks, and ensure HSSE compliance
Identify opportunities to optimize work preparation processes and contribute to lessons learned
