Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead maintenance and modification projects from initiation to offshore commissioning. You will oversee contractual, commercial, technical, schedule and operational aspects, ensuring safe and efficient execution across EPCIC activities.

Strong English communication is required; Norwegian language is an advantage. Permanent or project employment is offered, with mentoring and access to courses, pension and insurance schemes.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Experience managing offshore oil and gas projects, preferably maintenance and modification.
• Good understanding of and experience from EPCIC execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Norwegian language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver maintenance and modification projects from initiation through engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning.
• Maintain overall responsibility for contractual, commercial, technical, schedule and operational aspects and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, risks and interfaces of projects.
