Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Kongsberg is seeking an Intermediate Installation Engineer to support installation engineering for flexible, umbilical, spools, jumpers and seabed structures. The role covers lifting, mobilization for offshore campaigns and seabed preparation, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work within the Installation & Construction discipline, contribute to procedures, and mentor new engineers while participating in tenders and studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Master degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to legally work and reside in Norway without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with BPMS processes.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and quality.
• Develop and mentor engineers within the team.
• Support mobilization and offshore campaigns.
• Prepare and manage documentation according to guidelines.
• Perform installation/commissioning activities for subsea systems.
