Job summary
John Sisk & Son Ltd in Norway seeks an Electrical Lead to drive delivery of electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects, reporting to the Project Director and collaborating with the MEP Lead and Engineering Management team.
You will provide technical and managerial leadership to ensure design, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards, while coordinating with clients, consultants and cross-functional teams to achieve programme
Qualifications
- Essential degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering.
- Proven leadership delivering electrical scope on large projects.
- Safety training and awareness of HSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical delivery across LV/MV, UPS, generators, lighting and life safety systems.
- Review designs, submittals and material selections for compliance with specs and standards.
- Drive QA/QC, risk management and timely issue resolution across disciplines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure project integration.
