Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Athens is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Experience Associate to support a leading streaming platform. You will assist customers with accounts, billing and technical questions while living in a sunny European city.

No prior experience required. You will receive paid training, a nesting period, and a relocation package, with work-from-home options once settled, joining an international, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Native or C1/C2 level Norwegian, written and spoken.
• B2 level English or higher.
• Strong PC skills with confidence using different software applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU with valid work permit.

Responsabilités

• Support Norwegian-speaking customers by phone, chat and email.
• Resolve billing and account questions, including sign-up and payment methods.
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity and app errors.
• Assist customers considering cancelling and help retain subscriptions.
• Coordinate with English-speaking internal teams on complex cases.
• Deliver professional service to maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will help Norwegian-speaking customers with their accounts, billing and technical questions, while living in Athens, one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers mainly by phone, with chat and email possible in the future
• Resolve billing and account questions, including account access, sign-up, payment methods and account sharing
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity, device compatibility and app errors
• Support customers who are considering cancelling, and help retain their subscription
• Work with internal support teams in English via chat on more complex cases
• Deliver efficient, professional service that keeps customer satisfaction high

Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 level Norwegian, written and spoken
• B2 level English or higher, with strong reading skills for training and internal communication
• Strong PC skills and confidence using different software applications
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Eligible to work in the EU: EU citizenship, a valid work permit card.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends
