Next Job Abroad seeks Norwegian-speaking customer support staff to join an international team in Athens. You will handle insurance and device protection claims, with full training provided to learn the role from scratch.

Daily tasks include managing claims, updating cases, explaining coverage, assisting with repairs, and navigating CRM systems while adhering to GDPR and data protection rules. This is an on-site role in Greece with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Speak Norwegian fluently.
• Good level of English.
• Have completed high school or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsabilités

• Register and manage insurance claims.
• Provide updates on ongoing cases.
• Explain coverage, eligibility and next steps.
• Assist with repairs and replacements.
• Handle customer questions and complaints.
• Document customer cases.
• Work with CRM and claims management systems.
• Follow GDPR and data protection procedures.
