You must speak Norwegian fluently and have a good level of English. You will support customers, manage claims, explain coverage, and use CRM and claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with insurance and protection plans for electronics and other products.
• Register and manage insurance claims and provide updates on cases.
• Explain coverage, eligibility and next steps to customers.
• Assist with repairs and replacements and handle questions or complaints.
• Document customer cases and work with CRM and claims systems.
