Job summary

Next Job Abroad invites you to join an international customer support team in Athens, working with insurance, claims and device protection. You must speak Norwegian fluently and have a good level of English. You will support customers, manage claims, explain coverage, and use CRM and claims systems.

We're looking for Norwegian speakers to join an international customer support team in Athens, working with insurance, claims and device protection.

You don't need previous insurance experience. You'll receive full training and learn the role from the ground up.

What You'll Do

You'll support customers with insurance and protection plans for electronics and other products.

Your daily work will include:

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Providing updates on ongoing cases
• Explaining coverage, eligibility and next steps
• Helping customers with repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating and documenting customer cases
• Working with CRM and claims management systems
• Following procedures related to GDPR, data protection and compliance

The role combines customer service with practical claims and case management experience.
