Next Job Abroad is seeking Norwegian-speaking candidates for international customer service projects in Greece. You will assist customers by phone, email or chat, help resolve queries, and provide product information while delivering a positive customer experience within an international team.

Training will be provided, and opportunities to work with recognised global brands are available. This position offers full-time employment in Greece with relocation support and paid onboarding.

Competenze

• Fluent Norwegian (oral and written).
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum age 18.
• Eligible to work in Greece.
• Comfortable with computers and digital platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills and an interest in helping customers.
• Prepared to relocate to Greece.

Mansioni

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve issues.
