Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Norwegian) for on-site work in Athens. You will handle inbound calls, assist with payments and financing, and guide customers through checkout and finance agreements.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native Norwegian speakers with English at C1 level, a high school diploma, and EU citizenship. Relocation support is provided; shifts are on-site and rotational to cover peak hours.

• Provide customer support via inbound phone calls, handling payment and financing enquiries
• Guide customers through checkout options and finance-agreement processes
• Resolve refunds, chargebacks, billing and account-verification queries
• Ensure secure and accurate case handling
• Document calls precisely
• Follow compliance and escalation procedures to achieve timely resolutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/near-native level of Norwegian
• English at C1 level, both written and spoken
• High school diploma
• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting, problem solving and strong communication
• EU citizenship
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA)
• Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts
