Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a customer support specialist to work in Greece, providing professional technical support to customers via phone and email. The role emphasizes problem solving, positive attitude, and ongoing learning with training provided before handling inquiries.

You will assist with a variety of issues from product models to errors, and you will be encouraged to build strong relationships with customers while achieving service quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian language required.
• Fluent in English (B2) required.

The job:

You will be representing them as a company and providing professional technical support with whatever inquiries they have - everything from specific models, purchases, errors etc. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers, but it is an advantage to have an interest in cars beforehand!

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

Requirements

Your qualifications:

You speak Norwegian fluently and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.

Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills
