Next Job Abroad seeks Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representatives to join a dynamic international team in Greece. Work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece with a relocation package for Athens-based employees and competitive pay.

You will support end-users and partners, handling inquiries and guiding platform usage, with paid training and career development opportunities across Europe.

Formación

• Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) required.
• Very good English skills expected.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy for customers and partners, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer and partner inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide guidance on orders, deliveries, and platform usage.
• Maintain high-quality interactions by following internal guidelines.
• Participate in paid training and on-the-job nesting in production.
