Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Norwegian-speaking candidates to join a major international customer service organisation operating in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, resolving questions and providing product information.

The project offers training, relocation support, and opportunities to work with a diverse, international team. Successful applicants will have fluent Norwegian and strong English, be 18 or older, and be eligible to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Eligible to work in Greece.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills and an interest in helping customers.
• Prepared to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve different issues.
• Provide information about products and services or assist with technical enquiries, depending on the project.
• Create a helpful and positive customer experience.
• Work alongside colleagues in an international team.
