Next Job Abroad seeks Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representatives to engage with end-users and restaurant partners in a dynamic, international environment. You may work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece, with a full relocation package for Athens-based staff.

The role includes paid training, a diverse, multi-country team, and opportunities to grow through cross-training across customer service and partner support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Very good English skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage.
• Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures.
• Participate in training and onboarding to support production readiness.
• Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines.
• Be open to cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service.
