WW Talents is hiring Norwegian-speaking customer service agents to support customers remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and resolve issues while maintaining CRM records.

Requirements include fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and strong English, with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced international setup. A full training program and relocation support are provided, with weekend shifts possible.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
