Job summary

DAT-Schaub in Norway is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop and strengthen our business with the Norwegian meat industry. You will manage your own customer portfolio and build strong relationships across the sector.

You will drive sales, identify growth opportunities, upsell and present DAT-Schaub's natural casings and ingredients. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations will ensure excellent service and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
• Experience from the meat, sausage, food ingredients or casing industry
• Established network within the Norwegian meat industry, or ability to build one
• Comfortable with CRM, ERP and MS Office
• Significant freedom to manage your own customer portfolio
• Opportunity to make a visible impact on business development in Norway

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
• Drive sales activities across the Norwegian market
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and product development
• Present and sell DAT-Schaub's products and solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the organisation
• Ensure accurate follow-up on orders, deliveries and commercial agreements
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations
• Maintain relevant customer and activity data in CRM systems
