If Insurance is building a new Nordic Midmarket & Agriculture unit, this role drives strategic and commercial initiatives across markets. You will shape direction, support decision-making, and collaborate with senior leaders to improve retention, growth, and performance.

You will help establish a Nordic setup, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent commercial execution across countries and segments. Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or commercial excellence.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic and commercial development initiatives across Midmarket & Agriculture.
• Develop and scale commercial playbooks, concepts, frameworks, and tools across the Nordic markets.
• Conduct internal and external analyses to support fact-based decision-making.
• Provide performance insights and contribute to commercial steering and KPI development.
• Facilitate management discussions, workshops, and governance forums.
• Identify growth opportunities and support implementation across markets.
