Job summary

Splunk is seeking a Presales Manager to lead the Norway and Denmark presales organization and act as the technical advisor to sales. You will deliver strategy, mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with regional leadership to drive business value in customer engagements.

The role combines leadership, customer-facing presales, and strategic input, reporting to the EMEA North Presales AVP. You will hire and develop top talent while ensuring compelling product demos and ROI-focused assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing pre-sales teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English with Norwegian or Danish.
• Self-motivated and able to manage activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a presales organization to support sales opportunities.
• Deliver strategy and value-based presentations to customers.
• Write and deliver business value/ROI content and solution overviews.
• Mentor Presales Engineers and define development plans.
• Coordinate POC planning and RFI/RFP responses with SEs.
