GlobalConnect is seeking an Assistant Operations Supervisor to strengthen coordination and follow-up across Customer Operations in the Nordics, based in Stockholm or Fornebu. You will work with our Customer Operations leadership to turn priorities into action, linking daily operations with transformation initiatives.

The role spans cross-functional collaboration with leaders and customers, KPI monitoring, and preparation of management materials.

Qualifications

Experience in a coordination, cross-functional, or business-facing role in a larger organisation.
Experience with operational follow-up and transformation initiatives.
Understanding of customer delivery, service management, KPI follow-up, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and follow up operational priorities, actions, decisions, and deliverables across Customer Operations.
Drive structured follow-up of transformation initiatives and priority deliverables.
Monitor KPIs, trends, and risk areas and coordinate follow-up actions.
Prepare management presentations and status reports.
Support strategic customer follow-up and escalations, including participation in relevant meetings.
Coordinate across Customer Support, Service Desk, and Operations Management to support progress and execution.
