Euronext Corporate Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing Nordics (Interim, 1 year) based in Oslo. You will lead the Nordic marketing organization, driving Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing and Go-To-Market programs while partnering with sales to optimize the full funnel and revenue outcomes.

You will collaborate across governance, compliance and investor relations product lines, shaping GTM for Europe and ensuring strong pipeline reviews, budget adherence and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in pipeline management, campaigns, and GTM strategies.
• Strong leadership, people management and regional/intl collaboration skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Nordic marketing team across Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partnership Marketing and GTM execution.
• Own pipeline, revenue and market penetration for the Nordic markets.
• Design and plan the Go-To-Market strategy for the Admincontrol product suite in Europe.
• Oversee pipeline reviews with sales leadership; manage campaigns and full-funnel reporting.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional leadership meetings and ensure sales-marketing alignment.
