Job summary

Euronext Corporate Solutions is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing Nordics (Interim, 1 year) based in Oslo. You will lead the Nordic marketing team and drive GTM strategy across European markets, owning pipeline and revenue in collaboration with sales leadership.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Marketing and Data Intelligence Officer, you will manage Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Partnerships, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance and investor relations products.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Track record in pipeline management, campaign execution, and GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience working across multiple countries in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (Norwegian is an advantage).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Collaboration within a European, international, and diverse team.

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing Nordics (Interim, 1 year) to join the Growth Marketing team within Euronext Corporate Solutions. The position will be based in Oslo, and you will report to the Chief Growth Marketing and Data Intelligence Officer.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Leading the Nordic marketing team, maintaining strategic momentum, team clarity and direction

Leading all Nordic marketing activities; Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partnership Marketing and Go-To-Market execution, across the Governance, Compliance and Investor Relations product lines, with accountability for pipeline, revenue and market penetration

Leading the design and planning of the Go-To-Market strategy for the Admincontrol product suite across European markets

Owning the pipeline review with sales leadership, keeping campaigns, launches and full-funnel reporting on schedule and within agreed budgets

Representing marketing in cross-functional leadership meetings, maintaining the sales and marketing alignment, and coordinating with other marketing leaders on GTM plans in execution

Your profile:

10 years of experience within marketing, including at least three years in a leadership position

Strong track record in pipeline management, campaign execution and go-to-market strategy, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to maintain team stability and direction through a leadership transition

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills, able to represent marketing at a senior level

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Norwegian language skills are an advantage

Experience working across multiple countries in an international environment
