Job summary

Siemens Energy in Oslo is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Subregion Coordinator to lead complex Nordic grid technology projects, from initiation to handover, and to drive execution excellence across the Nordics.

You will serve as the primary customer interface, coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, and sites, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and mentor Project Managers within the subregion to ensure consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in energy/industrial environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with cost/schedule/quality/risk responsibility.
• Strong technical understanding for complex engineering discussions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer projects from initiation to completion with successful delivery.
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing stakeholders and risks.
• Coordinate activities across customers, engineering teams, suppliers, factories and sites.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
• Coordinate and support Project Managers within the Nordic subregion for consistent execution.
