Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) at Associate Director level to sit as the Nordic technology leader. The role interfaces with EY Enterprise Technology across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, balancing local regulatory needs with global standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Ability to be based in and permitted to work in Norway; Norway-based preferred.
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language, Norwegian preferred.
• Passionate about enhancing employee experience through technology.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between EY ET and Nordic Business Unit.
• Balance local regulatory, financial and operational realities with global tech standards and roadmaps.
• Own executive engagement, risk escalation, financial transparency and business impact.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost management for the Nordic BU.
• Coordinate with global ET teams and regional CTOs to deliver IT services.
