As the senior Enterprise Technology representative for the Nordics, you will operate as the trusted technology business partner to Nordic executive leadership—balancing local regulatory, financial, and operational realities with global technology standards, roadmaps, and investment decisions. In practice, you will act as the de‑facto local IT leadership voice for the Nordic countries, owning executive engagement, risk escalation, financial transparency, and business impact across all enterprise technology services.

  • Act as the primary technology point of contact for the Nordic business unit and, in some cases, as the de‑facto local IT leadership representative
  • Understand business demand, priorities and performance expectations, and translate these into effective adoption of enterprise technology solutions
  • Represent Nordic business‑unit requirements, risks and regulatory considerations into ET roadmaps, decisions and governance forums
  • Support transparency and confidence in technology financial planning, investment decisions and ongoing cost management
  • Ensure that enterprise technology services are delivered and operated in line with Nordic local business, legal and regulatory obligations
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership & Relationship Management

    • Understand business demand, priorities and performance expectations, and translate these into appropriate enterprise and workplace‑related technology solutions, in collaboration with enablement functions.
    • Guide stakeholders in navigating the ET organization, ensuring clarity on ownership, prioritization and decision‑making.
  • Enterprise Technology Governance & Roadmaps
    • Build strong relationships with ET Product Line Leaders and global ET functions, understanding solution capabilities and roadmaps.
    • Advocate for Nordic business‑unit needs, constraints and priorities in global forums, balancing local requirements with global standards and governance.
    • Identify and sponsor opportunities to improve end‑user experience across enterprise and workplace technologies, and manage expectations during roll‑outs, upgrades and adoption.
  • Financial Governance & Transparency
    • Contribute to enterprise technology budget planning and tracking for the Nordic business unit.
    • Provide transparency on cost and value implications of ET solutions, supporting informed prioritization and investment decisions.
    • Facilitate reporting to Nordic leadership on progress and financial impact of business‑unit‑funded initiatives.
  • Risk, Compliance & Vendor Interface
    • Act as a key Nordic point of contact for IT, data security and vendor‑related compliance matters, in collaboration with legal, quality and compliance teams.
    • Support preparedness, reviews and reporting related to local regulatory and compliance obligations, working with Global ET teams, risk management, legal, procurement and vendors as required.
  • Incidents, Escalations & Service Impact
    • Serve as the Nordic point of contact for enterprise technology incidents, outages and business escalations.
    • Coordinate with global ET teams to ensure timely resolution, clear stakeholder communication, and assessment of Nordic business impact related to deployments or service changes.
