Job summary

EY seeks an IT Business Relationship Manager and Nordic Technology Leader to act as the primary interface between EY's global Enterprise Technology (ET) and the Nordic Business Unit. You will balance local regulatory and financial realities with global ET standards and investments, serving as the local IT leadership voice across the Nordics.

You will engage Nordic executives, manage risk, align budgets, and drive adoption of enterprise technology across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Qualifications

• Ability to be based in and permitted to work in Norway
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language, preferably Norwegian
• Passionate about enhancing employee experience through technology
• Ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes
• Comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Enterprise Technology contact for the Nordic Business Unit
• Represent Nordic requirements in ET roadmaps and governance
• Support transparency on ET budget, costs and investment decisions
• Coordinate with regional CTO teams, vendors and global ET teams
• Lead on incidents, escalations and service impact for Nordic users
