Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Grid Software projects across the Nordic region. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to delivery and long-term service agreements, acting as the main customer contact and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to evolving project management practices, blending traditional and Agile methods, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects, preferably in software, IT, energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project/service management frameworks such as PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 or ITIL is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical transmission and distribution is beneficial but not required.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Grid Software projects across the Nordic region.
• Lead projects from planning and execution through delivery and long-term service agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of modern project management practices, blending traditional and Agile approaches.
