Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Norway to lead project teams and manage customer relationships across international scopes. The role emphasizes delivering complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving service improvements while complying with quality and safety standards.

  • From 5 years' experience in Project Management responsible for project results.
  • Must be able to deliver complex projects to multiple customers independently.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to communicate clearly with senior management is a must.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral. Norwegian is a big advantage.
  • Dedicated, self-starting, creative individual.
  • Ability to travel domestic and/or international as required (10%-30% travel).
  • International, cross-cultural, remote work experience is an advantage.
  • Project Management certification is preferred.

  • Provide technical interface and maintain customer relationships through customer personnel; ensure records are maintained.
  • Monitor and report on project status across technical, quality, safety, contractual, financial, schedule and customer satisfaction; document quality topics and support corrective actions.

Job description

As a Project Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, driving continuous service improvement while leading project teams to deliver successful outcomes, identify new opportunities, and proactively resolve customer challenges.

How you’ll make an impact

Drive the resolution of technical and commercial issues, as well as warranty items. Coordinate with internal team on parts, overhauls, upgrades, and field service for project requirements.

Plan, schedule, prepare documents, make recommendations and implement projects. Collaborate with cross-functional international teams and customer to plan, prioritize, and sell additional scopes.

Provide technical interface and maintain customer relationships through customer personnel. Ensure technical correspondence, operating history and configuration records are maintained (as applicable).

Monitor and report on project status including aspects such as technical, quality, safety, contractual, financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Ensure quality topics are documented in quality tools, support the resolution and communication of the corrective/ preventive actions. Responsible for projects results.

Comply with project management standards and business conduct guidelines such as legal, quality, compliance, tax regulations, export control, occupational health and safety. Obtain IPMA certification as required.

What you bring
