Job summary

You will partner with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, applying Primavera P6 and earned value management to keep programmes realistic, controlled and aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and earned value principles.
• Experience communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project planning within Nordic infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning and scheduling across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven schedules aligned to scope and costs.
• Collaborate with teams to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation.
• Track schedules with actual progress and forecast performance.
• Produce reports including critical path analyses and insights.
• Develop and manage earned value management systems.
