Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a commercially driven Distribution Sales Manager – Fire Detection Nordics to grow our Nordic distributor network for FireClass and ZETTLER fire detection solutions. You will drive sales growth through partners, build strategic JBPs, and provide market insights to sharpen strategy.

You will travel regularly across the Nordic region, collaborate with regional teams, and train partners on fire detection technologies to strengthen market position.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, distribution, or business development.
Experience selling fire detection or building technologies.
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the Nordic distribution network for fire detection products.
Drive sales growth through distributors and channel partners.
Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants and customers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Nordic market.
Develop and execute JBPs with distribution partners.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
Lead product and commercial training sessions on Fire Detection technologies.
Participate in marketing events and customer-facing activities.
