Job summary

Johnson Controls in Oslo is seeking a commercially driven Distribution Sales Manager – Fire Detection Nordics to grow our Nordic distributor network and portfolio of FireClass and ZETTLER products across the region. You will shape partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive profitable growth through distributors and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or distribution management.
• Proven ability to develop distributor and partner relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of sales growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordic region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Nordic distribution network for Fire Detection products.
• Drive sales growth and market penetration through distributors and partners.
• Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase adoption of fire detection systems.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partners.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide market insights to support future business and product strategy.
• Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote Fire Detection solutions.
