Job summary

Recharge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the expansion of the Nordic EV charging network. You will manage end-to-end projects from site development to commissioning, coordinating internal and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

You will evaluate opportunities, prepare capex cases with ROI/NPV metrics, and report progress with stakeholders. The role combines commercial analysis with hands-on delivery in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, economics, project management or a related discipline.
• Several years of project management experience in energy infrastructure, construction, or e-mobility.
• Proven ability to develop and present capital investment business cases using standard financial metrics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, written and spoken; PMP/Prince2 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from site development and planning to commissioning.
• Oversee a portfolio of parallel projects with on-time, on-budget delivery and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage external partners to secure efficient delivery and conformance to contracts.
• Evaluate site opportunities and prepare capex investment cases using ROI, NPV, IRR.
