Job summary

Recharge, a leading EV charging operator in the Nordic region, seeks a Head of Network Operations to oversee operation, quality and development of the Nordic charging network. You will lead Network Operations across ChargerOps, SiteOps, TechOps, Projects and Customer Excellence, ensuring availability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations, technology or infrastructure in complex environments.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with long-term development and priorities.
• Experience in organisations where software and physical infrastructure integrate to serve customers.
• Strong communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
