Job summary

Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care with modular software. We seek an Enterprise Solution Architect to translate customer needs into actionable architectures across apps, data, integration, cloud, technology, and AI.

You’ll align with product and delivery teams, supporting regional go-to-market and long-term customer outcomes. In this role you will collaborate with executives and delivery teams, shape proposals, and become a trusted advisor across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to connect business needs with technology and practical design.
• Deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.
• Clear communication with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Business Developers across the Nordic countries in understanding customer needs and developing solution approaches.
• Translate business and customer requirements into solution concepts, architecture overviews and proposals.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers.
• Connect with senior stakeholders at customer side.
• Present our solutions and explain how they can support customer priorities.
• Coordinate input from Delivery teams and other relevant experts when shaping solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and delivery considerations related to proposed solutions.
• Share customer and market insights with relevant teams to support the development of our offering and go-to-market approach across the Nordics.
