Nordic Flow AS in Asker, Norway seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the technical development and delivery of pump packages and process systems for energy projects. You will translate requirements into robust system designs and ensure project execution from concept to delivery, collaborating with customers and suppliers.

The role emphasises ownership, cross-discipline coordination, and adherence to offshore industry standards, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience within oil & gas projects.
• Strong systems engineering capabilities and solid process engineering knowledge.
• Experience with fluid handling systems and pump technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process, Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Knowledge of offshore industry standards and regulations.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new technical competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system design and coordinate interfaces between mechanical, process, instrumentation, and control disciplines.
• Develop and review process designs, calculations, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions, including pump selection and sizing.
• Support technical activities during bid and project execution phases.
• Follow up suppliers and manage technical clarifications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Contribute to development of engineering methods, standards, and best practices.
• Travel to customers, suppliers, and business partners when required.
